Wards is a collaboration between Gavin Miller and Dalot, aka the Greek born, but London based sound artist Maria Papadomanolaki. Inspired by spells in hospital that both artists had around the same time, they came together to create Wards, a collaborative two track release focussing on dark, atmospheric dynamics and spectral sound design utilising clicking glitches and skyscraping guitars. Indeed, Dalot's offering 'Lumen' even samples her own heart monitor, recorded whilst she was in hospital.
